How to Make
Glitter Names-An Easy Tutorial
Here
are two samples of what a Glitter Name will
look like

I
promise you, it's not hard!
1. First you'll need to
make a banner. If you have PSP, you can
create a new transparent image, put your name
in white text on that image and save it as a
gif. Then skip to step #10. If you don't
have PSP, you can still make a glitter name!
Click
here
to go to a banner site.
If that site is down or does not work for you
try
this one.
If neither works,
see below.
2. Enter the text in the Banner Text Field.
3. Choose the font style you'd like.
4. Choose the font size. 40 is about medium.
5. Choose text color "white"
6. Choose background color "transparent"
7. Click on User Type "Regular".
8. Click Submit Button.
9. Either save down your name or right click
it and copy the properties. You do NOT need to
save it but doing so won't hurt anything.
10. Next, go to
Magick Studio.
If that site is down or does not work for you,
try
this one
11. Under input, either paste the url of your
name from Step #9 or browse if you stored it
on your computer.
12. Click View
13. Click Composite
14. Select your glitter by browsing for it. If
you don't have any, get some here
Glitter's Snagged
Squares
15. Under "Compose" change to "In" and be sure
to check the box to tile it across the image.
16. Click composite. You can see here what
your glitter name will look like but don't
save it yet!!
Do the last couple of steps or your
glitter won't save at the proper speed and
will glitter really slowly!
17. Select Output
18. Click on the output button
19. Right click on your glitter name and
save it to your computer
20. You're done!!
If both banner sites
fail, you can use Flaming Text.
1. Set text color, outline color, and
background text color to 255/255/255
2. Set outline size to 1
3. Leave width/height as is
4. Check the transparent box and create your
logo then go back to step #10 above.
